The King’s Speech – Leadership Lessons
The British film ‘The King’s Speech’ has swept the board at both the BAFTA’s and the Oscars this year picking up the Best Actor, Best Film and Best Director awards to name but a few. But are there any lessons for leaders in business to learn from the main characters in the film. I think there are significant lessons to learn such as can all leaders admit to their own shortcomings as leaders and not only admit to them but seek to rectify them. Also what about the power of self-confidence and self-belief in business?
