Gaynor has worked as Manager Special Projects, Learning and Professional Development Australasia and Asia Pacific for Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She has also gained extensive training and performance development experience in her capacity as Manager, Learning and Education with Coopers and Lybrand.
Gaynor launched and rolled out the "Unlocking Performance" course, project managed the development of coaching skills workshops, conducted training needs analysis and developed and co-ordinated the first Director Assessment Centre for PwC.
Gaynor is an Accredited Facilitator of Myers-Briggs profiling, Team Management Index, and Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People." She is a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
