Jane is a resourceful, highly motivated executive coach with a vast understanding of working within the commercial sector. Based on an individuals and organistion's needs, values and goals Jane is experienced at enhancing performance.
At the Novotel group in Australia and New Zealand Jane worked closely with both Senior Managers and Executives to help them define and develop strategies for improved individual and team performance in line with their business objectives. She has worked with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water where she was involved in self esteem coaching. This was based on one to one coaching to enhance self awareness, recognition of blind spots and limiting beliefs in order to develop a career path.
