Mike Heath has a vast amount of experience planning and delivering vocational personal development programmes. His areas of expertise lie in developing key skills such as communication, team work, motivation, building self-esteem and self confidence.
Mike's background in team development and dynamics stems from his background at the highest level of sport. He was coach at Swansea RFC and Llanelli RFC. During this period he was responsible for coaching international rugby stars such as Robert Jones, Wales and British Lions scrum half. Mike is also a former player himself having played for Neath, Swansea and Leicester.
Mike is also a keen outdoor enthusiast. For 14 years he was Secretary of the International Gundog Society. He is a successful gundog trainer in his own right having represented Wales on ten occasions in international gundog trials. In fact he has been so successful that the Queen currently owns one of MIke's gundogs. Mike is regulalry invited to Sandringham and Windsor.
Mike is a Mountain Leader and also plays off 2 in golf. He 's happy to give lessons to us hackers.
