Since 1998 Call of the Wild has been helping a diverse list of clients to develop their leaders and the teams they lead, including large multi-national companies, such as Vodafone and Orange. Our expertise lies in the design and facilitation of bespoke courses with the emphasis placed on developing skills that will have a direct impact on individuals and teams when back in the workplace.
Call of the Wild started through a love of the outdoors and particularly the exceptional landscape of Wales. The Directors of the Company have an affinity with Wales and saw an opportunity for combining their love of the outdoors and utilising the natural environment as a classroom for personal and social development. It provides an inspirational learning environment and demands a degree of concentration which cannot be experienced by classroom training alone.
Since it's inception, although still based in Wales, the Company has expanded beyond the principality's borders and provides management, team development and leadership development programmes throughout the UK.
The Environment
We are also keen to promote sustainable use of the environment so our 
programmes won't cost the earth. The Company have already obtained a Level 2 Green Dragon Award for our commitment to sustainability and are working towards obtaining carbon neutrality status.We are also licensed with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority.
