Jenny Bowen – Associate
Jenny Bowen is a qualified mountain leader with extensive knowledge of team mechanics . She has the ability to motivate and encourage groups and individuals to achieve goals and can work efficiently in demanding situations.
A qualified ecologist, with 13 years’ experience under her belt, she has practical experience in leadership, team working, scientific research and the management of projects worldwide. She has worked with a dozens of groups developing key skills such as leadership, communication, team work and respect.
Corporate Training Experience
Jenny has extensive experience in the area of corporate training and interactive events in the UK for small companies and blue chip organisations. She is particularly adept at identifying areas where companies can improve, particularly in communication and team work, through a variety of specific tasks and challenges which are then analysed to help with personal and team development.
Jenny’s has experience of working with a range of individuals from all age groups and backgrounds. She has the ability to co-ordinate tasks, workshops and discussion groups which introduce the basic principles of leadership, delegation and team work. She has led two trips to Costa Rica and Panama and one to trip Corsica, helping three teams on the island and coordinating the group treks across the island.
Dedicated Conservationist
Jenny is a dedicated person with a passion for conservation and has worked on projects around the world, visiting and woring in countries as diverse as S. E. Asia, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Zambia, Malawi, Vanuatu, West Indies, Sinai, Costa Rica and Ecuador.
As well as conservation work in Africa, she has assisted in the setting up of the first terrestrial protected area in Vanuatu (southwest Pacific), and completed action plans for tourism sites in Dominica. She has combined here passion for conservation and ecology with personal development programmes for companies and individuals.
Jenny has travelled extensively throughout the world, including Europe, S. E. Asia, New Zealand, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Zambia, Malawi, Vanuatu, West Indies, Sinai, Costa Rica and Ecuador.
