She is a very well known and respected psychologist and author who specializes in effective communication and influencing skills within a business context.

Her list of clients includes: The John Lewis Partnership, Selfridges, Levis, Tesco and Lloyds of London. She has coached two prime ministers and several cabinet members (on both sides of the political divide) and many Corporate Board Directors.

Mental toughness is the quality which determines in large part how individuals respond to stress, pressure, and to challenge irrespective of the prevailing circumstances. For instance it is possible to place two individuals into the same working environment and to observe that one succumbs to the pressures of stress and performance poorly and the other thrives and achieves high performance. The difference can be explained through the concept of mental toughness.

At the presentation evening for the 100 companies in London last week, in addition to the above,  Call of the Wild were picked out for a special commendation by the sponsors. This meant we were in the top 4 of the SMARTA 100 companies in the UK. The judges were particularly impressed by our community focused approach to business and our corporate social responsibility.
