For our team building programmes in London the "I do and I understand' principle is the one we follow with our programmes. All our courses are designed to offer hands- on experience, using a metaphoric approach to explore particular aspects of team building. We recognise that people have different learning styles but consider that the “less chalk and talk” approach is the one best suited to our approach for retention of learning, understanding and transfer of learning back to the workplace. For this we use Kolb’s learning styles model for experiential learning.
