Call of the Wild realise the value of Modern apprentices and can develop 3-5 day programs in collaboration with their clients to enhance both individual and team development. The programs are designed with client specific outcomes, which are agreed during the development phase and look at such areas as:
- The Way Teams and Individuals can work together effectively
- Communication
- Goal Setting
- Ownership of learning/development
- Clarity of Purpose
The learning activities can take a number of forms but all designed with Call of the Wild's philosophy of experiential learning in mind. These programs are intended to sit alongside any technical training provided by the Client and will provide new employees with the skills to communicate more effectively with their colleagues and Managers ensuring maximum return on investment.
