For a number of years Call of the Wild, with its unique base in the Brecon Beacons National Park, has developed leadership development training programmes which combine experiential learning with unique and stimulating challenges. We know for a fact that leadership development within this context of the unknown has very positive benefits in today's dynamic and unpredictable workplaces where very often managers are required to make important decisions where the solutions are not always clear cut.
Though our main base lies within the Brecon Beacons, we are also flexible enough to be able to deliver our programmes across the UK. Leadership Courses are suitable for all levels of management from first line to senior directors. Leadership development courses can be accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management. We can offer ILM Level 3 Certificate in Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers, Level 3 Award in Leadership and various ILM endorsed and development awards.
